The importance of wellness for mind and body is huge, and this is why The Reef also offers mini retreats available to you for time out, relaxation, clarity, and a little escape for mental and physical rejuvenation. All of our retreats include time in the relaxation room, a fresh fruit smoothie of the day and a guided group meditation. 

There are selected sessions to chose from on selected dates. Each group is a maximum of 6, so spaces are limited which means it's best to book your slot in advance to secure your place. You can come along alone, with a friend, or as a group.

The guided group meditation is suitable whether you have never tried meditation before, or if you often meditate. It is a welcoming and relaxed environment with support and guidance. Meditation is becoming more and more popular in today's society as it's realised that the benefits are huge.

Unwind with a 25 minute Massage of your choice (back, scalp, legs & feet, hands & arms) with one of our expert therapists. The benefits of massage allow the mind to clear, the muscles to relax, and the breath to calm. You're invited to choose your very own personalised oil to aid your current situation and lifestyle, whether it be to de-stress, detox, energise, or target achy muscles. This personalised oil will be combined with a massage pressure of your choice to again suit your needs. Your visit with us on your mini retreat also includes a guided group meditation. This is suitable for anyone, from complete beginners, to those who have mediated previously. All this whilst enjoying time out to unwind, a fresh fruit smoothie of the day, and relaxed and welcoming company.

Mindful Colouring & Meditation with Gracefully Boho
Colouring is known to de-stress, give clarity, and bring in mindfulness. It's time out in a world of your own colour and imagination. Aimee Grace, of Gracefully Boho, will provide you with a beautifully designed and handmade mandala stencil for you on a small canvas. Let your imagination run wild as you create your very own design to take home. Your visit with us on your mini retreat also includes a guided group meditation. This is suitable for anyone, from complete beginners, to those who have mediated previously. All this whilst enjoying time out to unwind, a fresh fruit smoothie of the day, and relaxed and welcoming company.

What Dreams are Made of: Dreamcatcher Creation & Meditation with Gracefully Boho
You will be handed your personal dreamcatcher template created ready for you by Aimee Grace, of Gracefully Boho, allowing you to then add your own choice of coloured ribbon, fabric, and accessories for your beautifully created, and unique dreamcatcher. Your visit with us on your mini retreat also includes a guided group meditation.
