Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We would also like to gently remind you of our 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointments that are not attended (‘no shows’) will be charged the price of the appointment. Any appointments cancelled less that 24 hours will incur a fee of 50%. It is easy, after booking online, to reschedule your appointments 24 hours prior, to avoid any charges. Otherwise feel free to call our friendly team if you need to amend your booking. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to pampering you soon!
Bookings made over the value of £100 will require a 25% deposit to secure.
Gift vouchers are available for a specific treatment or a monetary value over £10.00.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months (unless limited edition/promotional vouchers). They are non-refundable and to be used in exchange for treatments.
Vouchers can be paid for in store, over the phone or through our online shop.
Vouchers must be presented upon payment to redeem against your treatments had.
Treatments and Booking
For health and safety reasons, and to preserve our chilled out vibes, we would like to remind you that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the premises. Clients need to be over 16 years of age.
For your first visit to us, please arrive 15 minutes before so you are able to fill out a health consultation form.
Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any health issues, medical conditions or allergies so that we can advise on treatments and recommend suitable options for you.
Please also inform us at time of booking if you are pregnant as this may affect your treatment choices. Our reception team will be able to advise you of the perfect treatments for your safety and comfort.
